As a student Adam, achieved the recognition of Student of the Quarter a total of three times. During and after high school, Adam began making small furniture for friends, relatives, and a few local businesses. He then spent several years working for a company specializing in architectural woodworking. Adam also worked as a shop manager for a custom closet company before turning to business ownership with Urban Timber. Adam has a passion for design and construction and specifically enjoys creating unique stand-alone furniture. In his free time, Adam enjoys biking, camping, and relaxing with his wife, Layne, their 4 year old daughter, Stella, 1 year old son, Jasper, and an abnormally large Great Dane named Finnegan.
